  • ◎ Main ingredients (1 serving)

    - 50 g brown rice, 50 g white rice, 40 g carrot, 40 g spinach, 50 g button mushroom, 20 g onion, 20 g kelp, 20 g egg white, 20 g beet, 20 g leek, 40 g duck breast

    ◎ Supplementary ingredients (sauce)
    - Tomato sauce
    1 can of tomato puree, 100 g sugar, 20 g salt, 2 bay leaves, small amount of basil
    - Spinach marinade
    0.2 g sesame oil, 0.2 g soy sauce, 0.1 g minced garlic, 0.2 g sesame salt

 

 

Recipe

01. Use 1:1 ratio of brown rice to white rice and cleanly wash them. Soak in water for about 30 minutes, and then cook until rice is well cooked.

02. Cut carrots, beet, and leek into pieces 4 cm long and thinly slice them.

03. Wash kelp multiple times, remove water, and cut it into thin slices 4 cm long.

04. Thinly slice onion and soak in cold water for a short while to remove spice.

05. Cut mushrooms sideways into pieces 0.3 cm thick.

06. Add cooking oil to a heated frying pan, and fry carrots, beet, onion, and mushrooms separately for 30 seconds over high heat.

07. Parboil spinach in boiling salt water for about a minute and marinate spinach using the spinach marinade.

08. Whip only egg white, and then add oil to a frying pan and thinly fry the egg white. Next, thinly slice the egg into the same size as the vegetables.

09. Slice duck breast, season with salt and pepper, and then bake in the oven at 200 °C (392 °F) for about 10 minutes until it is yellowish.

10. Make tomato sauce by boiling down the ingredients.

11. Place prepared ingredients over and around the rice in a bowl and add the tomato sauce.
