  • ◎ Main ingredients (1 serving)

    - 50 g brown rice, 50 g white rice, 40 g carrot, 40 g spinach, 50 g button mushroom, 20 g onion, 20g egg white, 20 g beet, 20 g cabbage, 10 g asparagus, 40 g salmon

    ◎ Supplementary ingredients (sauce)
    - Nutty soy sauce
    10 g walnut, 10 g almond, 10 g peanut, 20 g soy sauce, 10 g oligossacharide, 1 g plum syrup
    - Spinach marinade
    0.2 g sesame oil, 0.2 g soy sauce, 0.1 g minced garlic, 0.2 g sesame salt

 

 

 

Recipe

01. Use 1:1 ratio of brown rice to white rice and cleanly wash them. Soak in water for about 30 minutes, and then cook until rice is well cooked.

02. Cut carrots, beet, and leek into pieces 4 cm long and thinly slice them.

03. Cut mushrooms sideways into pieces 0.3 cm thick.

04. Thinly slice onion and soak in cold water for a short while to remove spice.

05. Parboil spinach in boiling salt water for about a minute and marinate spinach using the spinach marinade.

06. Parboil asparagus in boiling water, wash in cold water, remove water, and then fry with oil.

07. Add cooking oil to a heated frying pan, and fry carrots, beet, onion, and mushrooms separately for 30 seconds over high heat.

08. Whip only egg white, and then add oil to a frying pan and thinly fry the egg white. Next, thinly slice the egg into the same size as the vegetables.

09. Season salmon with salt and pepper and cook in a heated frying pan.

10. Finely grind the nuts and mix with sauce ingredients to make the nutty soy sauce.

11. Place prepared ingredients over and around the rice in a bowl and add the nutty soy sauce.
