  • ◎ Main ingredients (1 serving)
    - 70 g rice, 20 g carrot, 20 g zucchini, 30 g button mushroom, 20 g sweet pepper, 20 g broccoli, 10 g corn, 10 g baby leaf, 30 g chicken breast, 1 sheet of tortilla

    ◎ Supplementary ingredients (sauce)
    -25 g pepper paste
    20 g pepper paste, 10 g water, 5 g sugar, 10 g oligosaccharide, 3 g sesame salt, 3 g sesame oil, 2 g minced garlic
    - Chicken breast marinade
    30 g milk, 1 g salt, 1 g black pepper, 0.1 g basil
    - Salt, cooking oil

 

 

 

Recipe

01. Wash rice and soak it in water for about 30 minutes. Add equal parts water relative to rice and then cook until rice is well cooked.

02. Place tortilla in a concave dish and bake in a 180 °C (356 °F) oven for 10 minutes.

03. Slice carrots, zucchinis, mushrooms, and sweet peppers into 0.2 cm thickness and then cut them into 0.5 x 0.5 cm size.

04. Parboil broccolis in boiling salt water for about a minute, cool in cold water, and cut them into 0.5 cm pieces.

05. Add cooking oil to a heated frying pan, and fry carrots, zucchinis, mushrooms, and sweet peppers with small amount of salt for 30 seconds over high heat.

06. Soak chicken breast in the marinade for about 30 minutes, cook in boiling water, and then tear along the texture into smaller pieces.

07. Take the canned corn, remove liquid, and prepare the corn grains in a dish.

08. Mix vegetables and pepper paste with rice. Next, place the rice on the tortilla as a plate and add baby leaves and chicken breast on top.
